Hey, I'm Kanish — a developer who loves building things from the ground up. I'm especially into backend systems—APIs, databases, frameworks—you name it. Once the logic's solid, I move on to bringing it all to life on the web with PHP and other tools.
I'm also a Data Science student, exploring how data works behind the scenes and how we can use it to make smarter decisions. On the side, I enjoy creating mini frameworks and experimenting with new ways to speed up development.
Along the way, I've taken on leadership roles, led projects, and worked with teams to turn ideas into real, working products. I like solving tough problems, learning on the fly, and making sure what I build actually works.

- Led all tech initiatives including website hosting, DNS configuration, and server maintenance using cPanel, Direct Admin, and Linux-based environments.
- Developed the company website with custom frameworks for both REST API and landing page, achieving an SEO score of 92 on Lighthouse metrics.
- Built a landing page and supporting content pages to promote real estate listings and services.
- Developed Power BI dashboards to visualize Realtor insights and moderator value.
